This place has poor rating is an overstated statement. This place is expensive for the lack of quality & care & attention. They have poor customer service. They are not friendly, neither are they patient in answering questions. It is difficult to book an appointment. They caged the animals!

I brought my 2 year old Westie here in 2008 & he was traumatized by this Groomer! I paid $70 for a shampoo & brushing (they did not cut his hair because they wanted to close & didn't have time). When they took out my Westie from the cages, my dog ran so fast to me with a look of "GET ME OUT OF HERE NOW!!!" When I brought my precious pooch home I realized something is not right. He squeeled in pain occassionally in the car ride home and I had to pullover at the side of the road to checked my precious baby over and found blood stains on his duclaw. The Groomers had ripped his duclaw out & had NOT the decency to let me know. I understand accidents happen, but not to let me know; is plain dishonest! I called them and confronted them & they deny responsibility & did not appologised for it. They were quite hostile & rude over the phone. They said, they were unaware that it happened. Bright red blood on a white westie; really??? you didn't notice??? They trimmed his nails & didn't notice blood??? I find that hard to believe. I had hope that people that handled your most prized possession would have the audacity to be honest & careful with your "baby". It had taken over 6 months of antibiotics and vet bills before my westie's duclaw grew back a bit. A full year & a half til it fully grew back. Its been 2 years later, & to this day, my westie will not let you touch his duclaws willingly. He was so traumatized by this experience! I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it was SO IMPORTANT that I don't want someone else to suffer what we have gone through! It was an extremely painful experience as a Owner & for my dog! I pray that you will find some other honest, good Groomer, where ever it may be. We have been blessed to find amazing Groomers that is gentle and loving to him & he loves going! After all, our pets are like our babies; don't they deserve the very best?
