Dog was not washed or groomed as promised at pickup from week of boarding/ training, when expressing disappointment over this to owner (as a matter of principal, who knows what else they didn't honor while boarding our dog), he name called and thought grooming was unimportant, that we should be more concerned about our dog training. We paid for this service and good money overall. Would not recommend.
