My experience with the staff in this store was less than un-pleasant.
It was my first time in Geogems International Jeweler. I was looking to have several
stones appraised. We was very rudely confronted with the store owner
or manager about how I had heard about the store.
Once he was done looking through the few pieces I had brought in
he accused me and my mother of playing games with him once he discovered
that a piece was not to his standard. He very abruptly stood from his chair
and told us he was done. I would never return to his store, nor recommend
anyone to visit. The man was very unprofessional and lacked any sense of Public
Relation.
