This office has had several issues pertaining to false billing and double charging patients, They are the most improffesional office I have "ever" dealt with. Her staff should be fired. Dr Anne MacBayne gave me a cold shoulder and was forceful towards me, when I tried to show my reciept and proof of payment, slamming her door directly in to my face, showing no remorse or even a simple appology. She seemed very unstable, not exactly somone I would want drilling my teeth. I strongly discourage any new patients from going to this practice. If anybody else has a problem with her false billing, talk to the College of Dental Surgeons, they might be able to help.
