Absolutely horrible! They sold me hair with out warning me or even mentioning that the majority of the hair is synthetic (even though the package was labeled human hair). Synthetic hair needs to be cared for differently then human hair, they have terrible service. Customers should we warned of the pros and cons and given proper information on exactly what percentage of the hair they are purchasing is human or fake; also they should be informed of how to care for and maintain their hair. All together just a horrible experience, my advice is to never go to Abantu.
