The sales staff or customer representatives are bored, inattentive and indifferent in their attitudes. The store is out of product or doesn't carry things they should to support equipment that they sell. When I asked several different people the same question I get several different answers, which doesn't give me much confidence in their knowledge of the products. Nobody ever answers the telephone when I am trying to get some product information. Any saving that I make in terms of price I lose in the amount of time wasted when dealing with them. I won't be back.
