I had met with Scott for the entirety of the wedding preparation. He was amazing and professional and made us really excited about choosing them. He met our needs when it came to budget but said that the price wouldn't reflect the service; it would be the same great service!

He was booked for our day but reassured us that his coworker would be as great as he was.

The problems:
1) the entry song was not the song requested
2) all three of our special dances; 1st dance, father daughter and mother son, were abolished. The panel was loose or something and all three songs were so bad you could only hear muffled music and no lyrics unless he held the panel down with his finger....which he kept walking away from! Those messed up songs will forever be on our wedding videos...
3) we were promised "kissing dice" which never seemed to make it to our wedding
4) we were promised fun props for songs like the YMCA; neither the song nor the props were present.
5) we requested some Greek music which Scott said he had the top hits of; my friends mother had to plug in her iPod. I also had a friend burn a cd for the DJ as well, after checking in with Scott on format and systems, but it didn't work with their system and the DJ had zero backup.
6) once it switched to Greek he just turned around an sat slumped in his chair and let my friends mother do the work.

Overall I am so disappointed with the service they provided and how my guests are still talkin about how low budget the guy seemed. It's embarrassing and something I can never take back.

I emailed them twice and never received a response; not even a BS apology. I wanted to spread the word about them; I had until the dy of the wedding and I suppose that that is why I am so infuriated....
