-expensive and not good results
-got totally over involved and called at inappropriate times and multiple time per day
-results were not that great
-found out afterward that the guy was being investigated by the law society and was actually prohibited from doing anything 'legal' including drafting contacts or providing legal advice
-was too aggressive about collecting bill - started emailing me multiple time per day as soon as he issued invoices - invoices that were littered with mistakes

lessons learned after doing business with this person:
do homework carefully when hiring somebody. Investigate their background and check with authorities to make sure he is legitimate
