I used to bank here frequently as I lived in the neighbourhood. The staff were always friendly and helpful. However, when I first started banking there they would hold my checks for 5 days without any warning. This was happening even though I had deposited regular cheques from the same company many times before. Once this little wrinkle was straightened out, I never had a problem after that.
