I affectionately refer to Windsor Meats as the qhetto butcher. This is the place where I buy most of my beef, chicken, pork, etc. The quality and cuts are always good. If you want something that they don't have in the display case, ask for it. Often times they will have something in their freezer. If you don't like the cut of the meat, again ask. They will accommodate you if they can.

If you like meat, like I do, talk to your butcher and you will always leave knowing more about meat than before you came. Being a meat-itarian, this is like my church of sorts except instead of just going here on Sundays, I go three or four times a week.
