I recently brought my truck in because of issues with the tining chain and exhaust.I left my truck a day or two and asked Dave if he'd take a look.Dave called back the next day and said the chain guide was in pieces and the exhaust manifold had a crack in it.The aprox total to repair in and around $2300 dollars.At that point I asked dave if it was worth it and he said no.I appreciated his candor.He only charged me $55.00 for the appraisal.I noticed a few days later that there was a unusual rattle,not like the timing chain noise and after opening the hood I found that dave had forgotten to attach the heat deflector back on and it was just hanging loosly on the manifold.I phoned up Dave and he said if I brought it back down he would install it properly at no charge.Thanks Dave.Incredible.
